Apply building code & construction regulations knowledge.
Concept development of finishes, furnishings, fixtures, artwork & equipment.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
Prepare & issue material, finish, furniture & equipment specifications & schedules.
Prepare working drawings; plans, elevations & details for issuing.
Prepare & issue project Bid & Tender Documents.
Prepare & issue addenda & supplemental information.

Review, track & authorize invoices.
Review & incorporate client infection control procedures.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Conduct & attend site visits & field reviews.
Review shop drawings.
Prepare & issue change notices & site instructions.
Maintain cost control procedures.
Schedule, supervise & coordinate furniture, equipment & artwork installations.
Conduct deficiency reviews.
